This was the 4th annual PDX PopNow music festival in Portland at AudioCinema. 3 days (8/3-8/5) and about 50 local bands. I heard about half of the band and I must say that I was impressed with the quality and variety of the program. The crowds were always great, very hipster heavy, but all ages and styles of folk were present. Portland has something going on and so far I like what I hear (and see).
